A key role for a developing General Manager in training.

As an Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager you will be a role model for customer service and help put a smile on every customer's face. As well as being friendly to customers, you'll decide which team member does what, give a lead to others and encourage everyone to work together as one team. You'll also handle deliveries, make sure the shelves are never empty and manage cash - all while making sure health and safety standards never fall.

In addition, you'll provide cover for the store manager when they're not in. You will also learn about the administrative processes that successful hospitality businesses depend on.

What you'll need:

You should preferably have F&B, hospitality or leisure experience and, ideally, have worked as a supervisor, team leader, department manager, assistant manager, duty manager, shift manager etc. However not essential, what is, is real commitment to improving the customer experience within a store environment.
