Job Title: Lead Generation and Inside Sales - High Tech & Software

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus bonus OTE £40,000 First Year

Location: Reading

My client is a leading, global, technology and software business. The business is listed and supports some of the worlds’ most complex industries.

About the role:

  • Maximise sales opportunities within designated regions
  • Utilise all methods of contacts with prospects - lead generation
  • Embrace training and your own self-development to develop as an expert in your field
  • Drive to exceed personal targets and contribute to team targets
  • Negotiating contracts and business terms with clients
  • Networking within your industry to generate interest in your business services and solutions

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a either Lead Generation, Inside Sales or a sales/lead development role
  • A strong character who is driven to exceed in a sales position
  • Self-starter mentality who is results driven
  • The business has a strong team culture - you must enjoy working collaboratively with others
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Computer literacy including, Excel, PowerPoint
  • CRM experience is desirable
  • Languages would be a distinct advantage
