Global Account Manager

Central London 

My client based in Central London is looking for a Global Account Manager.

My client specialises in loyalty and rewards across a number of international sectors.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Daily client contact managing projects from end to end
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with the operations team to manage and deliver client expectations
  • Maintain a strong commercial awareness and understanding of commercial strategy, market intelligence and competitor insight
  • Create development plans and strategies for assigned accounts
  • Carry out regular account reviews
  • Co-ordinate and deliver responses to formal RFIs and RFPs
  • Occasional travel will be required

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Excellent working relationships with clients and team members
  • Familiarity with financial service products, i.e credit card or payments
  • A minimum of 18 months experience managing global accounts/relationships
  • High level of numeracy and computer literacy
