European Partner Account Manager   

A vital position within the European travel experiences team has become available. The main focus on this role is to manage a portfolio of partners who enable members of their loyalty programmes to earn through their commerce solutions. The role is focussed primarily on the retention and growth of partnerships based in Europe.

Key responsibilities will include:

Commercial and Strategic

·         Develop and maintain a strategic development plan for each partnership which based on achieving budgeted amounts for net income and profit.  

Account management

·         Ensure specialist resources and expertise are aligned with partner requirements based on priorities and commercial objectives, coordinating input and providing visibility of demand versus ability to supply.

·         Able to co-ordinate the consistent delivery of excellent service across product, marketing, operational, financial and technical teams.     


·         Build and maintain an overview of the partner CRM environment with key campaigns featuring the shop/s and marketing calendar with all campaigns featuring the shop/s

·         Support banner marketing calendars where applicable in conjunction with experts in the team

·         Build and maintain a key campaign performance report updated on monthly basis. Share performance with partner, make recommendations based on performance

Service delivery

·         Work with the client service delivery teams to ensure partner requirements are managed appropriately, ensure context of requests, report impacts on partner relationship, and ensure partner priorities are considered. Decide commercial impacts of partner requests


It would be highly beneficial if a candidate can speak Spanish or French – this isn’t essential!
