Impressive growth plans and a recent acquisition means they are now looking to recruit talented kitchen / bathroom showroom managers and kitchen / bathroom design professionals.
You will be highly ambitious and be looking for future career advancement within the group within 2-3 years.
You will provide the essential strategic, pragmatic and inspirational leadership required to effectively motivate a team of talented designers. You will coach your team to deliver outstanding customer service to maximise business performance and results. You will come from a big ticket sales background.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following experience.
- Showroom or Store Management Experience
- A proven track record within consultative big ticket sales
- Proven track record for delivering performance
- Can demonstrate evidence of influencing skills
- Able to work independently on own discipline
- Strong Customer focus and passion for developing internal succession.
