South East / London – home working with some travel.

£32,000 - £35,000 + Benefits

Really exciting Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruitment role with leading retail brand.

My client is a retail home enhancement specialist in the UK. This Sunday Times Best Big Company to work for are passionate about making and selling high quality, beautiful furniture.

Part of a wider retail group, they have three retail brands all complementing each other in different verticals and customer profiles. They have a network of showrooms across the UK, Ireland and Europe. They also operate a vast distribution network which includes over 20 distribution centres, nearly 320 delivery vehicles and over 700 delivery colleagues who carefully install their products into customers’ homes All three brands have a national network of well-invested showrooms which are staffed by our highly motivated and well-trained sales colleagues

I’m looking to talk to experience in house recruitment / internal recruiters for this exciting Talent Acquisition role.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Lead a direct recruitment model in line with their recruitment strategy.

 • Short list, organise telephone interviews, and book interviews with hiring managers.

• Work alongside hiring managers, by supporting them with making the right decisions, following the recruitment process and encouraging best practice to ensure excellent candidate experience.

• Regular reporting of recruitment analytics extracted from the ATS, regularly review statistics to drive quality and time to hire

• Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

• Devising the most appropriate attraction campaigns utilising online and local regional resources

• Designing bespoke assessment approaches for internal and external roles

• Supporting with group assessment centres, regional open days and evenings

• Ensure the most appropriate talent pooling strategy recruiting the best talent in the market


Experience / Qualifications

Strong evidence of success and a proven track record

• Experience in a similar role in a fast paced multi site organisation

• Experience working as an in house Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

• Knowledge of recruitment best practice and methodologies

• Experience of providing resourcing advice to senior stakeholders

 • Experience of understanding recruitment data & metrics
