Due to on going expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join their dynamic, customer centric team.

Job Overview: As a Project Manager specialising in office fit-outs, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of office renovation and fit-out projects from conception to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and budget constraints.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budget estimates, and resource plans.

Conduct site visits, assess project scope, and create detailed project plans and timelines.

Procure necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and provide proactive solutions to ensure project success.

Conduct regular project meetings, prepare progress reports, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project duration.

Oversee quality control and inspection processes to meet quality assurance standards.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Project Manager or Installations Manager in the office fit-out or commercial construction industry.

Keen eye for detail and ability to read and understand construction drawings

Strong knowledge of office fit-out processes, construction methodologies, and building codes/regulations.

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
