With an expansive brand new 55,000 sq ft head office and distribution warehouse in the North West of England and 75 showrooms nationwide, they have an exciting expansion plan to reach 200 retail showrooms by 2026. This world class kitchen manufacturer & retailer delivers a seamless service from kitchen design concept to installation and aftercare to retail customers and house builders nationwide.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to add experience to my clients expanding marketing function at a very exciting period of their growth journey. Part of this exciting journey will also be to support from a marketing perspective a brand new retail concept that my client is developing.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our brand, products and services. Your goal will be to manage and develop your marketing team, increase brand awareness, drive online traffic and generate qualified leads to support the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand and kitchen showrooms across various online channels, including but not limited to website, social media platforms, email marketing, content marketing and search engine optimization (SEO).
Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and email newsletters, to attract and engage our target audience.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and monitoring engagement and analytics.
Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility and increase website traffic.
Plan and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display advertising, and remarketing campaigns, to drive qualified leads and conversions.
Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools and marketing automation platforms, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and customer service, to align digital marketing activities with overall business goals and ensure a consistent brand message.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, influencers, and industry professionals to leverage collaborative opportunities and expand our digital reach.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and areas for improvement in our digital marketing strategies.
About You
Ideally but not essential, a degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the home improvement, retail or interior design industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
Experience overseeing social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and analytics.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of web analytics and ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
