£36,700 basic salary + Bonus (Up to £6,000 bonus) + Benefits + Other Incentives

Hours: 44 per week (Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm / Saturday 8am - 12pm / Closed Sundays)

My client is also currently the leading Kitchen trade company in the UK and following another set of incredible results, they are now entering into another exciting period of growth which means there is an exciting opportunity for another talented Branch Manager to join and open up their brand new business to help meet increased demand.

With over 500 depots, a new support centre, and a distribution centre run by the best in the business, the depot teams also provide quality products fast and with confidence to customers on the same day. Not only does this set them apart but it has helped the depot teams become the foundation of their success.

Finding the right person is so important, therefore, we are looking for someone who is a confident and outgoing manager that can create a fun and friendly environment for their team to be successful.

Our top performers lead from the front and will get hands-on at times, plus they are able to build long-term relationships with customers in the local area by providing outstanding service to help convert leads into sales.

A friendly and professional manner is needed from our business leaders when it comes to welcoming customers into the branch. Your ability to listen and understand the customers’ needs is essential as it will result in you and your team offering advice and product recommendations to design and measure their dream kitchen.

Your enthusiasm and management skills will help you and your team close the sales and complete the projects and, last but not least, your attention to detail and willingness to succeed will ensure the customers are satisfied throughout the whole project through to completion so that they want to come back again.

Your Skills & Unique Attributes

You must have previous Store, Branch, or Depot Management experience and ideally will come from or previously have worked within a Trade or DIY environment though we have had successful Supermarket and Fast Food Business Managers too.

You will be organised, have excellent communication and time management skills along with the drive and ambition to succeed. You will thrive in a team environment and be keen to bring your initiative and creativity to the role while being able to work effectively and efficiently to achieve and exceed your targets.
