About You
You will be an experienced kitchen designer having worked in retail or trade, with strong communication skills and customer understanding. You will be used to working in a target-based sales and customer focussed environment. Already a competent kitchen designer, your engaging style and positive attitude will reflect in all aspects of your work contributing to delighting our customers with inspirational designs on time, you will be committed to continually provide service excellence to our stakeholders, always aim to improve as this exciting business never stands still, work as one team in playing your part to get it right and create a positive environment as our people thrive.
About the Role
You will be part of a brand new team that make up the Head Office Design Hub, whereby you will be providing a remote kitchen design service to our different customer channels across retail and trade. You will be liaising with in-branch showroom personnel or directly with our customer’s customers. You will support the sales process with a comprehensive range of kitchen solutions to our customers in order to generate sales. You will develop an understanding of each of our customer channels and customer brands and deliver a tailored service for each of them. This will give you a wide scope for working with different customer types and increase your earning potential.
