My client is a fast paced, highly successful constructions solutions business with nationwide coverage, strong brand name and very successful trading history. As part of their growth plan they are now looking recruit a sales administrator.

They are one of the only organisations to offer a total drainage solution for commercial, industrial and public sector organisations on a local and national basis throughout the UK. They also have a large domestic client base that use a range of their services.

The sales administrator reports into Business Development Manager, there is a comprehensive training and development programme. working within the sales department the duties would be to assist the Business Development team with the integration of existing portfolio of works, working on the key accounts within that sector and providing support and understanding of the current client base.

Responsibilities

· Supporting the BDM team

· Identify key clients from the portfolio and presenting them to the BDM Manager

· Client Liaising

· General administration of accounts

· Sales

· Assisting on project management

· Scheduling of works

· Account Management

· Liaising with the diary scheduler

· Maximising profit margins

· Programming in existing PPM work year on year

· Keep abreast of departmental activity and specific projects

· Maintain professionalism in service and ensures an assertive yet approachable manner is demonstrated

· Manages workload effectively under pressure, ensuring deadlines are always met

About you

· Strong communication skills, both written and oral

· Assertive with a professional approach to all aspects of work

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
